Robotics CCA aims to expose pupils in programming robots using Lego and motors. The programme embraces differential learning and cultivates self-directed learners in programming robots to achieve the goals set. Merging Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), robots provide an excellent platform for the development of 21st Century Skills such as innovative and critical thinking as well as effective communication and collaboration among team members. The CCA strengthens their analytical and creative learning skills. Pupils also get to hone their logical thinking ability as they learn to design and programme their robots through block-based programming. Members are actively engaged in the problem-solving process of the tasks assigned. They work together in a team and develop team spirit and decisiveness through the activities planned. Members who display talent in their craft have the opportunity to represent the school and participate in various competitions such as the National Robotics Programming Competition. |

Do you want to do your part to save the Earth? Come join the club to learn more about what you can do to create a positive impact to the environment you live in. The Environmental Club is dedicated to fostering environmental awareness, stewardship, and sustainability. Through engaging activities, projects, and initiatives, members of the club not only learn about environmental issues but also develop valuable skills to create a positive impact on the environment. Pupils get to learn about the environmental challenges facing our planet today, such as climate change, pollution, deforestation, and habitat destruction, gaining insight into the interconnectedness of environmental systems and human activities. Being part of the Environmental Club equips the pupils with practical skills to address these challenges effectively. Through hands-on experiences, they will learn about waste reduction, recycling techniques, energy conservation methods. These skills are not only valuable for creating a sustainable school environment but also empower pupils to make eco-friendly choices in their personal lives. |
